traditional red wine from the Emilia Romagna region of Italy, made with
native Lambrusco grapes cultivated in the province of Reggio Emilia. Left
for just 36 to 48 hours with the grape skin after crushing, this wine
pairs with the whole meal, including exotic Asian cuisine, helping the
digestive process, thus leaving a pleasant feeling of light fullness.
 Serve at 12° - 14°C. (53.6° - 57.2°F).
