Red
wine with a light froth made with native Lambrusco grapes cultivated in
the province of Reggio Emilia. It is left for up to over 72 hours with the
grape skin after crushing and is perfect with meat recipes, as well as
grilled vegetables and elaborate vegetarian dishes, including Thai,
Chinese, Indian and Japanese recipes.
Serve at 16° - 18°C. (60.8° - 64.4°F). |
